SECP approves increase in Sahulat account position limit to Rs1m

July 24, 2023 (MLN): The Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has duly approved the enhancement in position limit for Sahulat Account from Rs800,000 to Rs1 million, effective immediately.

"All TRE Certificate Holders / Securities Brokers are hereby informed that the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has duly approved the enhancement in position limit for Sahulat Account from PKR 800,000 to PKR 1,000,000, effective immediately," the notice reads.

Moreover, the notice further states that all other terms and conditions applicable to Sahulat Account/ Simplified KYC, as mentioned in our earlier notices, shall remain unchanged.

PSX Introduced the Sahulat Account for retail investors who want to invest in the stock market with utmost convenience & simplicity.
