SEARLE defers acquisition of production facility situated on Port Qasim to next board meeting

September 29, 2020: The Searle Company Limited, in an announcement to the Stock Exchange, said that its Board has deferred the matter of acquisition of a production facility situated on a commercial land located at Plot No. E-44 & E-45, North Western Industrial Zone, Port Qasim Authority, Karachi to the next board meeting.

According to the notice issued by the company, the annual general meeting of the company will be held through the video link on October 28, 2020, at 5:45 p.m.
