SBP to purchase Gop Ijara Sukuk on deferred payment basis

December 13, 2018 (MLN): The SBP announced that it will conduct an auction for purchase of Gop Ijara Sukuk by Government of Pakistan from all islamic banks & islamic banking branches on deferred payment (Bai Muajjal basis).

Target amount is Rs111 Billion and Bai Muajjal tenor is 3 years.

The Auction will be conducted on December 14 and results will be declared on the same day.
