SBP reserves decreased by $32.3m in a week

August 03, 2023 (MLN): The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) decreased by $32.3 million or 0.39% WoW to $8.15 billion during the week ended on July 27, 2023, according to the data released by the central bank on Thursday.

Similarly, the country's total reserves decreased by $70.4m or 0.52% WoW to $13.46bn.

The reserves held by commercial banks fell by $38.1m or 0.71% WoW to $5.31bn.
