SBP reserves decrease by $102m in a week

June 02, 2023 (MLN): The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) decreased by $102 million or 2.43% WoW to $4.09 billion during the week ended on June 01, 2023, according to the data released by the central bank on Thursday.

Similarly, the country's total reserves decreased by $217m or 2.23% WoW to $9.513bn.

On the other hand, the reserves held by commercial banks moved down by $107.7m or 1.95% WoW to $5.42bn.
