SAZEW sells 761 auto rickshaws in July, up by 28% MoM

August 11, 2023 (MLN): Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SAZEW) sold 761 units of Auto Rickshaw during July 2023, which was around 28.54% MoM higher than the sales of 592 units made in the previous month, the company’s filing on PSX said today.

Meanwhile, the company produced 977 units of Auto Rickshaw, depicting a rise of 71.4% MoM from the 570 units produced during the previous month.

In addition, the company sold 135 units of four-wheelers off-road and passenger vehicles, down significantly by 40.79% MoM, and produced 124 units in June 2023, which also declined by 49.39% MoM.

The company is a premier CNG 4 Stroke Auto Rickshaw (3 Wheelers) and Automotive Wheel Rims manufacturer.

With manufacturing facilities based in Pakistan and a Global Dealer Network, Sazgar is leading the Pakistani market and exporting to international markets.

Last year, the company had been awarded “Category -A, Greenfield Investment status” by the Ministry of Industries & Production of Pakistan.
