SAZEW sells 1,026 auto rickshaws in September, down by 5.79% MoM

October 11, 2023 (MLN): Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SAZEW) sold 1,026 units of Auto Rickshaw during September 2023, which was 5.79% MoM lower than the sales of 1089 units made in the previous month, the company’s filing on PSX revealed today.

Meanwhile, the company produced 1,175 units of Auto Rickshaw, depicting a fall of 11.72% MoM from the 1,331 units produced during the previous month.

Furthermore, the company sold 302 units of four-wheel off-road and passenger vehicles, marking an increase of 1.34% compared to the previous month.

The production of four-wheel off-road and passenger vehicles stood at 306 units in September 2023, inching down by 0.97% MoM.

SAZEW is a premier CNG 4 Stroke Auto Rickshaw (3 Wheelers) and Automotive Wheel Rims manufacturer.

With manufacturing facilities based in Pakistan and a Global Dealer Network, Sazgar is leading the Pakistani market and exporting to international markets.

At the time of writing, the company's share is being traded at Rs107.52, up by 1.74 rupees or 1.65% compared to the previous close.
