Sapphire Textile Mills to form a Joint Venture Company with Carrington Textiles in UK

February 15, 2021 (MLN): Sapphire Textile Mills Limited has agreed to form a Joint Venture Company with Carrington Textiles, the company informed PSX on Monday.

Carrington Textiles in a British Company with 130 years’ history and specialized in manufacture and sale of work wear fabrics globally.

According to Sapphire’s notification, both companies will combine their strength in manufacturing, marketing and research & development to bring value to the customers. Moreover, the new Joint Venture Company will be formed in the United Kingdom.
