Sanofi to transfer SECIPE's shareholding to Zentiva NV

October 26, 2018 (MLN): Sanofi S.A (SAPL) has decided to disincorporate its sole shareholder SECIPE, and transfer SECIPE’s shareholding in Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited to Zentiva NV, incorporated in Netherlands.

Zentiva NV is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanofi S.A., through Sanofi-Aventis Europe. Those shares of Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited, which were till now held by Sanofi S.A. through SECIPE, will now be held by Sanofi S.A. through its wholly owned subsidiary Sanofi-Aventis Europe, which in turn holds all the shares of Zentiva NV. The ultimate beneficial owner shall therefore remain the same.

The share transfer deed for this off-market transfer shall be executed sometime today
