Re-composition: SHEL, NML, ILP, NETSOL, FABL, AIRLINK added to KMI-30 index

June 10, 2024 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has conducted the Re-composition exercise of the KSE-Meezan 30 Index (KMI-30) for the review period from July 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, a notice issued by the local bourse on Friday revealed.

The re-composition has been carried out based on the selection criteria as detailed in the brochure of the KMI 30 Index.

Accordingly, six adjustments have been made to the index.

The incoming companies are Shell (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: SHEL), Nishat Mills Limited (PSX: NML), Interloop Limited (PSX: ILP), NetSol Technologies Limited (PSX: NETSOL), Faysal Bank Limited (PSX: FABL) and AirLink Communication Limited (PSX: AIRLINK).

The six to leave are; Attock Petroleum Limited (PSX: APL), Avanceon Limited (PSX: AVN), Cnergyico PK Limited (PSX: CNERGY), Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Limited (PSX: COLG), Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited (PSX: LOTCHEM) and Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (PSX: OGDC).

The above changes in the KSE-30 Index will take effect from Friday, June 14, 2024.

In addition, the notice also listed the total pool of KMI-30 Sharia-compliant companies.
