PTCL files petition for revision of tariff for telecom sector

March 11, 2022 (MLN): Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has filed a petition with the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), for revision of tariff for the telecom sector from commercial category to industrial category.

In this regard, the authority will hold a public hearing on March 30, 2022, to decide whether the request of the petitioner is justified keeping in view that GOP has declared the telecom sector as an industry.
