PSX recomposes KSE-100 Index

March 17, 2025 (MLN): The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has conducted the re-composition exercise of the KSE-100 Index for the review period from September 2024 to February 2025, a notice issued by the local bourse revealed.

In accordance with the relevant index rules, five companies have been added, while five others have been removed.

The below-mentioned changes in the KSE-100 Index will be implemented w.e.f. the first working day of April 2025, subject to moon sighting.

The incoming companies include TPL REIT Fund I (PSX: TPLRF1) and Gadoon Textile Mills Limited (PSX: GADT) under the Sector-Based Rule, whereas Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL), Hum Network Limited (PSX: HUMNL), and Haleon Pakistan Limited (PSX: HALEON) have been included based on the Market Capitalization Rule.

The outgoing companies are BankIslami Pakistan Limited (PSX BIPL), Kohinoor Spinning Mills Limited (PSX KOSM), Nishat Chunian Power Limited (PSX: NCPL), National Refinery Limited (PSX: NRL), and Wafi Energy Pakistan Limited (PSX: WAFI), which have been removed due to sector representation and market capitalization adjustments.
