PSX introduces new form for rescheduled board meetings

September 18, 2024 (MLN): To enhance the user experience and ensure clarity in the information transmitted through PUCARS, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has introduced an additional form titled rescheduled board meetings excluding financial results.
Additionally, the local bourse has made modifications to some existing forms, including renaming Form 26 to "Buy-Back of Shares."
Meanwhile, the form related to the loss of certificates has been discontinued from the Correspondence Manual (CM).

Please note that the aforementioned changes shall be applicable with effect from Friday, September 20, 2024.
The revised CM has been updated on the PSX website under the "Resource and Tools" menu.
An updated document for PUCARS feed subscribers was shared with them, separately, on Wednesday, August 31, 2024, the local bourse added.
