PSX decides to observe lesser trading hours till lockdown

March 4, 2020 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange has decided to observe lesser hours of trading till the lockdown continues. This is in line with the notification issued by the Government of Sindh dated 23rd March 2020 with respect to recognizing SECP, PSX, CDC and NCCPL as providers of ‘Essential Services’.

In this regard, the following amendments are made in the Designated Time Schedule (DTS) with regards to session opening time.

Monday to Thursday	Friday (First Session)
Pre-Open	11:15 a.m.	10:15 a.m.
Open	11:30 a.m.	10:30 a.m.
Close	03:30 p.m.	12:00 noon

It must be noted that the rest of the DTS including the second session on Fridays, shall remain unchanged.
