PKR depreciates by 40 paisa against GBP

April 29, 2019 (MLN): The Pakistani Rupee (PKR) continues to hold its ground as it stands firms at PKR 141.40 against the US Dollar (USD) at the interbank market.

However, the local currency weakened against Pound Sterling, as it depreciated by 40 paisa against GBP and closed at Rs.182.9 per GBP.

Similarly, the value of PKR depreciated by 27 paisa against EUR, as it closed at Rs.157.83 as opposed to previous session’s closing of Rs.157.56
