PKGS incorporates foreign subsidiary in UAE

January 10, 2023 (MLN): Packages Limited (PKGS) has incorporated its wholly own foreign subsidiary under Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, a notice issued by company to PSX on Tuesday.
In a notice to PSX company stated, the foreign subsidiary is also registered in Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.
Earlier, on April 27, 2022 the board of directors of PKGS approved incorporation of a wholly own foreign subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The PKGS is engaged in the manufacture and sale of packaging materials and tissue products, and it also holds investments in companies.
At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs369.99, down by Rs0.02.
