PKGS announces acceptance period for acquiring Tri-Pack Films’ shares

December 15, 2021 (MLN): Packages Limited (PKGS) via notification today has updated the bourse that the acceptance period for the acquisition of 6,438,598 ordinary shares of Tri-Pack Films Limited will commence from December 17, 2021, to December 23, 2021.

To recall, on October 30, 2021, on behalf of the company, Arif Habib Limited (manager to the offer) published a public offer to acquire up to 6,438,598 ordinary shares of Tri-Pack Films Limited company, comprising 16.59% of the issued ordinary share capital of the target company at an offer price of Rs245.20 per ordinary share.

“Today, manager to the Offer has published newspaper advertisement on behalf of the company stating that the acceptance period for the acquisition of shares of the target company under the offer will commence from December 17, 2021, and will end on December 23, 2021 (both days inclusive),” reads the notification.
