January 23, 2023 (MLN): The shareholders of Pakistan Oxygen Limited (PSX: PAKOXY) on Monday resolved to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs700 million to Rs1.5 billion, the company's filing on PSX showed.

The company is principally engaged in the manufacturing of industrial and medical gases, welding electrodes, and marketing of medical equipment.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is valued at Rs140.03, up by 25 paisa or 0.18% DoD.
