Nimir Industries approves PKR 1 bln for a new Chlorinated Paraffine Wax plant

February 04, 2021 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (NICL) in its meeting held on Thursday, February 04, 2021, has approved the capital investments of PKR 1.0 billion for a new 30 tons per day (10,000 tons per annum) Chlorinated Paraffine Wax plant including Chlorine Liquefaction plant.
Furthermore, the board also approved an investment of PKR 600 million on the BMR and technology up-gradation for the fatty acid and soap noodle plants which will enhance the capacity of soap noodle by 15,000 tons per annum.
