September 08, 2023 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Nishat Chunian Power Limited (PSX: NCPL) is scheduled to convene a meeting on September 15, 2023, at 11:00 AM to deliberate on matters other than the company's financial results.

Market expectations are currently centred around the potential announcement of a cash dividend during this meeting.

It is important to mention that on August 30, 2023, the company disclosed its financial results, revealing an impressive net profit growth of 58.03% in FY23 to Rs3.96 billion, with an earnings per share of Rs10.77.

However, the company did not declare any dividend at that time.
