March 24, 2020 (MLN): In view of the current outbreak of Covid-19 and possible lockdown in the city as announced by Sindh Government, the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) is reviewing every possible option to provide maximum support to Market Participants to ensure access to services offered by NCCPL from a remote location to ensure continuity of their operations during the prevailing circumstances.

In this regard, to facilitate the Market Participants, it has been decided by NCCPL that various physical documents submission requirements pertaining to routine day-to-day operations can be fulfilled by sending scanned copies of all such documents.

The NCCPL has also provided the liberty to Market Participants to share such documents via email and Whatsapp.

However, this facility shall be available on a temporary and need basis and shall be revoked by the Company at its discretion and normal processing will be initiated under intimation to Market Participants.

Further, Market Participants shall ensure the submission of original documents to NCCPL immediately after the situation is back to normal.
