MTB Auction Result: SBP Sells T-Bills Worth Rs.288.33 Billion

The State Bank of Pakistan sold Treasury Bills worth Rs. 288.331 Billion in an auction conducted today. The entire amount was realized from the 3 Month T-Bill as the solitary bid for the 6M T-Bill was rejected while there were no bids for the 12 Month T-Bill.

Cut off yield increased by 4.4 basis points to 6.2591 percent while the weighted average yield increased by 1.7 basis points to 6.2322 percent.

The amount raised was below the auction target of Rs.650 Billion.
