MTB Auction Result: SBP Sells T-Bills worth Rs.2,723.67 Billion

The State Bank conducted an auction on Wednesday in which is sold T-Bills worth Rs. 2,723.676 Billion for 3 and 6 Months. No Bids were made for 12 Months.

The cut off yields for 3 months increased by 105 basis points to 8.80 percent while 6 month cut off yield increased by 99.66 basis points to 8.8492 percent.

The SBP had received bids worth Rs.2,790.975 Billion out of which Rs.2,784.875 billion was for 3 months while only Rs.6.10 billion was for 6 months.

The SBP accepted Rs2,658.575 billion for 3 months and Rs0.50 Billion for 6 Months.

Including the non-competitive bids, the total size of the auction because Rs. 2,723.676 Billion.
