Mitchell’s opens a due diligence data room for inspection by potential investors

August 6, 2019 (MLN): In relation to the agreement signed with a financial institutions for various capital raising options, Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited has agreed to open a due diligence data room for inspection by potential investors which will also include management presentations, expert due diligence sessions and site visits.

The potential investors will sign a Confidentiality Agreement with the company and comply with applicable legal and procedural requirements prior to getting access to the data room for conducting due diligence of the Company.
