Mitchells Fruit Farms shareholders to sell entire stake

May 15, 2025 (MLN): Mitchells Fruit Farms Limited (PSX: MFFL) has been informed that two major shareholders have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with CCL Holding (Private) Limited for the sale of their entire shareholding in the company.

The agreement was executed by Syeda Maimanat Mohsin and Syeda Matanat Ghaffar on May 14, 2025, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The agreement covers the sale of the Shareholders' entire stake in the company, comprising 9.29 million ordinary shares, representing 40.63% of Mitchells’ total paid-up share capital.

Completion of the transaction is subject to a public offer by CCL, regulatory approvals, and other closing formalities.
