November 21, 2019 (MLN): Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited via notification to PSX that the board of directors were informed of the bidding process and firm intentions received from M/S Waves Singer Pakistan Limited and M/S Bioexyte Foods (Private) Ltd.

The board considered the key recommendations from management and authorized Mr. Najam Aziz Sethi, Syed Manzar Hassan and Mr. Nauman Munawar to negotiate and finalize terms of documentation with the preferred bidder, subject to the approval of the board of directors.
