May 02, 2025 (MLN): Merit Packaging Limited (PSX: MERIT) has received a fourth Expression of Interest from another party for its flexible unit.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

This is in continuation to the Company’s earlier letters dated February 27, 2025, March 03, 2025, and March 06, 2025, and in accordance with Section 96 and Section 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX Regulations.
