MEHT shareholders to get 60% bonus shares

June 19, 2023 (MLN): The board of directors (BoD) of Mehmood Textile Mills Limited (PSX: MEHT) in their meeting today have approved bonus shares in proportion of 60 shares for every 100 shares held i.e. 60%, the company’s filing on PSX revealed.

Moreover, the share transfer books of the company for Interim bonus shares will remain closed on June 26, 2023.

The above entitlements will be paid/issued on the existing paid-up capital of the company and to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on Saturday, June 24, 2023.
