MCB Bank voluntarily winds up its subsidiary

April 16, 2021 (MLN): MCB Bank Limited (PSX: MCB) has decided to voluntarily wind up Financial Management and Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bank, subject to compliance with all applicable legal requirements by the Company.

In this regard, the shareholders of the Bank at their annual general meeting, have authorized the Company Secretary and CEO of the Bank to do all acts, matters, deeds, and things, take any or all necessary actions including signing and execution of agreements and to complete all the regulatory, legal and other formalities including the filing of an application to the SECP, the SBP or any other authority as may be necessary or incidental or expedient for the purpose of implementing the aforesaid resolution.
