Mari Petroleum calls emergency board meeting

September 20, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Mari Petroleum Company Limited (PSX: MARI) has called for an emergency board meeting to consider matters other than financial results.

According to the notice issued by the company on the PSX today, the meeting will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 06:00pm at its registered office.

Subsequently, the company has declared the ‘Closed Period’ from September 20, 2024 to September 23, 2024 (both days inclusive), as required under PSX Regulations.

"Accordingly, no director, CEO or executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the company in any manner during the closed period," the notice reads.
