Maple Leaf Cement converts preference shares in Agritech

May 09, 2025 (MLN): Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (PSX: MLCF) has received 55.57 million ordinary shares of Rs10/- each from Agritech Limited (AGL) following the conversion of preference shares held by the Company in AGL.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

With this conversion, Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited now holds a total of 201.66m ordinary shares in Agritech Limited, representing 33.66% of AGL's total paid-up share capital.
