Maersk teams up with SLGL for major onshore logistics push

September 18, 2024 (MLN): Maersk West and Central Asia Limited (Maersk), a global leader in shipping, transport, and logistics has appointed Secure Logistics Group Limited (PSX: SLGL) as its onshore logistics partner, SLGL's filing on PSX revealed today.

This strategic partnership strengthens SLGL's commitment to broadening its logistics service offerings, aligning with its goal of expanding in the sector.

Furthermore, both companies are negotiating an agreement under SLGL's TIR License, which will enable SLGL to provide logistics services to Maersk, beginning with regional markets and extending to Central Asian countries.

The partnership's domestic services are set to launch by the end of September 2024, with regional services expected to commence by late October or early November 2024.

This collaboration marks a significant step in SLGL’s growth strategy, providing shareholders and the public with an exciting update on the company’s evolving operations.
