October 26, 2023 (MLN): Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited (LOTCHEM) on Thursday received an intimation for an extension in the timeline for the Public Announcement of the Offer to acquire control of 75.01% shares from Lucky Core Ventures (Private) Limited, company's filing on PSX said.

This is with reference to the notice of Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) issued by Lucky Core Ventures through its Manager to the Offer Optimus Capital Management (Pvt) Limited which was published in newspapers on May 02, 2023.

The principal activity of the Company is to manufacture and sale of Pure Terephthalic Acid (PTA).
