LUCK to offer e-voting, postal ballot option for EOGM on May 24

May 16, 2023 (MLN): Lucky Cement Limited (PSX: LUCK) on Tuesday notified its members with respect to the e-voting facility and voting through postal ballot on special business in the company's Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on May 24, 2023.

Pursuant to Companies' Postal Ballot Regulations, 2018 amended through Notification dated December 05, 2022, led by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), wherein, SECP has directed all the listed companies to provide the right to vote through the electronic voting facilities and voting by post to the members of all businesses called as special businesses.

Accordingly, members of Lucky Cement will be allowed to exercise their right to vote through the electronic voting facility and voting by post for the special business in the EOGM.
