Loans to agriculture sector surge by 20% in 11MFY19

July 12, 2019 (MLN): Loans to agriculture sector during 11 months (Jul-May) of FY19 have mounted by 20% to stand at Rs 1,018 billion, compared to Rs 849 billion in same period last year.
State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has set disbursement target for agriculture sector at Rs 1,250 billion for FY19, compared to Rs1,001 billion in FY18.
