Lahore High Court sanctions merger between Fatima Fertilizers and Fatimafert

March 20, 2020 (MLN): Lahore High Court has announced the sanction of the Scheme of Merger inter se Fatima and Fatimafert with effect from January 1, 2019.

Earlier, Fatima Fertilizer Company and Fatimafert Limited had filed a joint petition before the Lahore High Court, seeking sanction of the Scheme of Merger, whereby Fatimafert will merge into Fatima Fertilizers, as per the terms and conditions of the Scheme.
