KSE – 100 Index at the day end moved a total of 169.63 points down by 0.41 percent, closing in at 41,564.42 with index high – low range of 235.19

Volume traded at KSE – 100 index decreased by 1.8 percent during the session after total volume clocked in at 42.3 million versus 43.083 million the day before.

Commercial Banks, Oil &Gas Exploration Companies and Power Generation & Distribution were the worst performers today after collectively taking away 109.92 points from the index.

Sector wise top performers included Fertilizers, Cement and Glass & ceramics that collectively contributed 16.48 points to the index.

KSE – All share Index closed in at 30,329.70, down by 0.32 percent. The moved in the range of 131.55 points.  

KSE All Share Index’s sector turnover was led by Cement sector (16.068 million) followed by Chemical sector (9.658 million) and Food & Personal Care Products (9.232 million).

KSE – All Share Index Volume was at 103.982 million shares, the value of shares traded for all-shares index reached PKR 3.7 billion

In KSE – 100 index, 32 companies closed up and 47 were down at the day end.

In KSE – All Share index, 122 companies closed up while 141 were down at the day end.
