KP government allocates over Rs 6.3billion for higher education promotion

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has allocated over Rs 6.3 billion for promotion of higher education in the current Annual Development Programme.
Official sources told Radio Pakistan that the amount will be spent on 38 ongoing and 27 new projects. The sources further said that ten new colleges will also be constructed across the province.
Similarly, a state of the art science and technology institution will be set up in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the assistance of Austria.
