K-Electric's Sukuk listed successfully, IPO portion oversubscribed by 2.4x

August 5, 2020 (MLN): The CEO of Arif Habib Limited, Mr. Shahid Ali Habib has informed that the largest private-sector listed Sukuk of Rs. 25 billion for Karachi Electric Company (K-Electric) has been successfully closed.

Taking to his twitter handle to share the news, he said that the IPO portion was overwhelmingly oversubscribed by 2.4x.

Arif Habib Limited was the Consultant to the Issue & Market Maker, whereas HBL and NBP were Advisors for Pre-IPO, he further added.
