K-Electric directed to hold its AGM for FY19 latest by April 15

January 7, 2020 (MLN): K-Electric Company has been directed by the competent authority to hold its Annual General Meeting for Financial Year 2019 latest by April 15, 2020, keeping in view the requisite statutory notice period and the time required for other procedural matters.

The competent authority had earlier noted that the time lag envisaged by the Company between the finalization of Audit of the Financial Statements i.e. in February 2020 and the convening of AGM i.e. by May 15, 2020 was substantially longer.
