JSCL to invest Rs. 2000 million in Energy Infrastructure Holdings

In a send out to the exchange, Jahangir Siddiqui Co. Ltd. (JSCL) has informed the shareholders that “The Board of Directors have approved long-term equity investment of up to Rs. 2000 million in Energy Infrastructure Holdings Pvt. Ltd.”

The said company is wholly owned subsidiary of JSCL by subscription of Right Shares that will be offered by Energy Infrastructure Holding (Pvt.) for onward investment in the Energy, Petroleum and Infrastructural sectors.

The company plans to raise the required funds of up to Rs. 1500 million through issuance of Term Finance Certificates.
