Ittehad Chemicals announces commencement of LABSA operations

May 12, 2022 (MLN): Ittehad Chemicals Limited has commenced the commercial operations of its state-of-the-art LABSA/SLES Plant, the company’s filing on the bourse showed today.

This Plant is in addition to the existing LABSA/ SLES Plant capacity i.e., 24,000 M. Tons per annum (Total capacity of the LABSA / SLES Plant after the expansion has been enhanced to 70,000 M. Tons per annum).

The Plant will continue to make its contribution towards the Company's profitability, the notice said.

The inclusion of the enhanced capacity of the LABSA/SLES Plant in the company’s operations testifies to the management’s commitment to increase its shareholders’ value, it added.

At the time of reporting this, the stock of the company is trading at Rs28.50, which is Rs0.18 or 0.63% down compared to yesterday’s price.
