IGI investments to invest 45% in the equity of S.C. Johnson & Son of Pakistan Ltd

February 20, 2019 (MLN): IGI Investments (Pvt.) Limited, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of IGI holdings Limited, has informed that the Board of Directors has approved an investment of 45% in the equity of S.C. Johnson & Son of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited.

The proposed investment will be subject to applicable regulatory approvals and execution of joint venture agreement between IGI Investments, Johnson Netherlands and S.C. Johnson & Son of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited.

S.C. Johnson & Son is a leading global manufacturer of household cleaning products and products for home storage, air care, pest control and shoe care, as well as professional products.
