November 03, 2026 (MLN): A 13.07% stake in Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited (PSX: NICL) is set to move to Cherat Cement Company Limited under a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed on October 30, 2026, at Rs340 per share.

The sellers are Mr. Nadeem Nisar and Mrs. Shaheen Nadeem, both substantial shareholders of NICL. They are selling a combined 14,457,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 13.07% of the company’s issued and paid-up share capital. At Rs340 per share, the deal is worth about Rs4.92bn.

The sellers’ notification to NICL was dated November 2, 2026, and the company’s filing with the Pakistan Stock Exchange followed on November 3, 2026.

The transaction remains subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA and the fulfilment of the applicable conditions precedent, including receipt of the requisite regulatory approvals, where required.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
