IGI holdings to acquire 5.4m Packages Ltd shares

November 12, 2024 (MLN): IGI Holdings Limited (PSX: IGIHL) has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA) to acquire a 6.04% shareholding in its listed associate, Packages Limited, through the purchase of 5,396,650 ordinary shares from Stora Enso AB.

IGIHL shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.

The transaction is valued at Rs487.5 per share, and is subject to regulatory approvals and the terms outlined in the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA).
