December 23, 2022 (MLN): The name of ICI Pakistan Limited has changed to Lucky Core Industries Limited with effect from today, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.

A certificate of incorporation on change of name has been issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) in this respect.

Accordingly, this change is subject to the condition that for the period of 90 days from the date of issuance of the certificate, the company shall continue to mention its former name along with its new name on the outside of every office or place in which its business is carried on and, in every document.
