May 21, 2026 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Haji Mohammad Ismail Mills Limited has approved a proposal to enter into a merger with SEGO Pakistan (Private) Limited, subject to regulatory approvals.

The decision was taken in the Board meeting held on May 21, 2026, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The merger will require approval from shareholders and sanction of the Honorable High Court before completion.
