ICI Pakistan announces commissioning of the Masterbatches Facility

May 10, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Directors of I.C.I Pakistan has announced that the Masterbatches plant located at west Wharf, Karachi, has been successfully commissioned and commercial production from the plant has commenced, a notification sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange revealed on Friday.

Over the last few years, the market for Masterbatches has shown solid growth in Pakistan and this trend is expected to continue in the future as well. With latest European technology and well equipped research and development laboratory, the company is well positioned to continuously innovate and develop high quality, specialized solutions for customers.

Moreover, the modern production facility will be backed by well-trained and qualified technical staff for ongoing customer supports.

“This development is another strategic step towards the Company’s growth aspirations by enhancing the product portfolio of the Chemicals Business by bringing leading edge solutions to the customers” the notification added.
