Hyundai Nishat makes upward price revision for Tucson within 24 hours of its launch

August 13, 2020 (MLN): Hyundai Nishat has announced the revised prices of its newly launched Hyundai Tucson, which shows an increase of up to PKR 200,000.
According to the company’s announcement, the price of Tucson FWD GLS SPORT has been revised from PKR 4,899,000 to PKR 5,099,000, whereas that of Tucson AWD ULTIMATE has been revised from PKR 5,399,000 to PKR 5,599,000.
Speaking to Mettis Global about the sudden change in prices barely a day after the launch, a company official said that the initial prices were set for a limited set of units only as a means of attracting customers, whereas the revised prices were set according to the market rates.
‘The limited time introductory price offer was applicable on selected number of initial bookings. Due to the exceptional response, those units have already been booked. New bookings are now open on standard prices, the announcement by the company read.
