High Court withdraws stay order on Artistic Denim's capital increase

October 14, 2024 (MLN): The stay order granted by the Honorable High Court of Sindh regarding the increase in the authorized share capital of Artistic Denim Mills Limited (PSX: ADMM), based on an application by certain shareholders, has now been unconditionally withdrawn by the petitioners.

ADMM informed market participants through a notice issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) today.

It is important to mention that the stay order was granted back on November 26, 2020.

The company is principally engaged in manufacturing and selling rope-dyed denim fabrics, yarn and value-added textile products.
